Mark Jozwiak is entering his 33rd year of coaching and his 12th year coaching at CBJ. He coaches 8th grade football, 8th grade basketball, and 7-8th grade track. Coach Jozwiak teaches PE and Athletics classes.

Coach Jozwiak has coached at multiple levels: 16 years at college, 5 years at high school, and 12 years at Junior High. Including his football playing days, this will be his 45th year being involved in football. He played college football at Western Maryland College, graduating in 1990 with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education. He began his coaching career in the fall of ’90 and earned a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology in 1992 from Frostburg State University.

Coach Jozwiak has coached 2 All-Americans, the NCAA Div. III interception leader, many All-Conference players, several All-District players. He has coached in the NCAA Div. III National playoffs and undefeated teams. He has also coached a 2-time Conference Discus Champion and a Conference Hammer throw Champion. He was also part of the NCAC Coaching staff of the Year in 2002 while at Wabash College.

While at Cedar Bayou, Coach Jozwiak and his teams have helped contribute to win the Goose Creek All-Around Junior High Boys Athletics award in the 2018-19 school year. He lives in Baytown with his wife Jonelle, son Wes (senior at RSS) and daughter Emily (freshman at RSS).
